*If you have and iPhone 7 or 7+ you may have an audio IC chip issue that requires micro soldering. If your speaker is working on videos and music but just not while making a phone call then you may have this issue. If the icons on phone calls are grayed out and you cannot click on speakerphone then likely you have this problem. We unfortunately, do not do micro soldering but we are happy to help you diagnose your problem! Why does this happen? During the manufacturing of this device, they did not put enough solder to hold the audio IC chip in place so it becomes loose over time when dropped. The audio IC chip controls specifically the audio when making phone calls.
