If your iPhone has been liquid damaged follow these tips for a better chance at recovering your phone safe and dry:

• If possible power off the device

• Do Not plug your phone into a charger. This can fry essential components in your phone.

• Bring your phone into iPhone Repair Hospital as soon as possible for a liquid damage repair.

• Put your phone in a sealed bag of rice, don't push it into the rice as this can cause the rice to get stuck in the ports. Just let it rest on top of the rice for a couple of hours, 24 hours if possible, and let it soak up all the liquid and moisture.

Liquid and electricity do not mix. Its always best to bring your iPhone in right away even if it seems to be working perfectly fine. Liquid could be trapped inside your phone where you cannot see and do more damage later. Even after drying the phone out with rice the liquid that dries up leaves behind build-up and residue on your board that causes blocked connections and can permanently damage parts.

We will then reassemble your phone. It may be functioning perfectly and only needed to be cleaned up!
